Here’s the highlights of what happened on the lifeguard training course which we ran along with Nosara Tico Surf School and ERA Adventures (to a rather groovy Stones Throw soundtrack).

It was a lot of fun as you can see and a fantastic confidence builder for anyone who wants to make surfing a part of their life. We’ll be running another lifeguard training and certification course next November for more details click here
